How intelligent is it for the CDC to release those under quarantine from Huhan, China after 14 days? Especially when there is a study (apparently not peer reviewed yet) that has found the median (average) incubation period for this Coronavirus as 3.0 days. However, the range they give is 0 to 24.0 days!

That means that someone can be infected with no symptoms for up to 24 days!?!?

By releasing these patients after only 14 days, the CDC is running the risk of infecting many more!

So what’s happening with the CDC? Well, they continue to release Wuhan evacuees in California, Texas, and Nebraska.

An American evacuated from Wuhan, China and later diagnosed with novel coronavirus was reported to be  released from the hospital by accident. Whoops!
